Successful models of industry self-regulation must be able to adapt and evolve over time.  This session will explore the shift of the soft law AI governance frameworks implemented by the Singaporean and Japanese governments from a domestic rules-based regime to a more region-wide system and what this development may mean for emerging AI regulatory paradigms in the US and EU.
