How AI will be regulated is a question that will likely be answered with both hard and soft law solutions. In this session speakers will examine the FTC’s historical encouragement of soft law, the possibility of accountable industry self-regulation solutions for AI, and the potential role of other government agencies in enabling industry self-regulation of AI.
