Julian Morris is an economist, policy advisor, and entrepreneur. A Senior Scholar at the International Center for Law and Economics, Senior Fellow at Reason Foundation, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Julian also sits on several for-profit and non-profit boards and advisory boards, including the Decentralized Cooperation Foundation (which he chairs), DeLorean Labs, MotionPro, and CA Partners SEZC. Julian was previously Vice President of Research at Reason Foundation, Executive Director of International Policy Network, a Visiting Professor at the University of Buckingham, a Member of the Council of the School of Pharmacy, and director of the environment and technology programme at the Institute of Economic Affairs. Julian graduated from Edinburgh University with a degree in economics and subsequently obtained master’s degrees from University College London and Cambridge University, and a graduate diploma in law from the University of Westminster
