Lucille Tournas is currently the Program Coordinator for the Templeton Grant which curates Law, Business, and Public Policy Curriculum on Soft Law and Industry Self-Regulation. She holds a PhD in International Governance and Political Economics from Arizona State University as well as a JD from Arizona State University. She is also Associate Faculty at Arizona State University's School of Law, where she lectures on varying topics at the interception of law, policy, and technology. She sits on the board of the Institute of Neuroethics (IoNx). Her scholarship focuses primarily on Neurotechnologies, Export Controls and Trade, and AI and data.
