Justin Powell is currently serving as Deputy General Counsel for Nu Skin Enterprises, supporting all areas of the business but is primarily responsible for the Americas (U.S., Canada, and LATAM), Europe and Africa, as well as government relations and global expansion. Justin is a seasoned attorney with 17 years of experience in the direct selling industry, having served as Chief Legal Officer at his previous two companies. He served as the Chair of the Direct Selling Association’s General Counsel Committee from June 2018 to June 2021 and is currently serving as the Chair of the DSA’s Compliance Officers’ Council. Prior to entering the direct selling industry, Justin was an attorney for five years at a large international law firm in NYC where he engaged in public company work and securities offerings. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Utah and earned his law degree with honors from Cornell Law School where he was managing editor of the Cornell Law Review. He is thrilled to be back in Utah where he can enjoy the outdoors, especially skiing/snowboarding, mountain biking and rock climbing.
