John (Jack) Ferry helps clients run compliant advertising campaigns, acting as their day-to-day advertising lawyer on issues such as claim substantiation and promotions. In this role, he works with clients to find solutions that accomplish their marketing goals and satisfy legal requirements. Jack has in-depth experience with the evolving regulatory requirements for subscriptions, junk fees, and sweepstakes. He also regularly appears before the National Advertising Division and the Federal Trade Commission on a range of advertising-related matters.
