David Kluft is Assistant Bar Counsel with the Massachusetts Office of Bar Counsel, where he prosecutes ethical misconduct by attorneys. He was previously a partner at Foley Hoag LLP in Boston; a Special Assistant District Attorney in Norfolk County, Massachusetts; and a law clerk to the Honorable Judith Cowin of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
