On the heels of the FTC’s final rule banning non-compete agreements—which now has an effective date of Sept. 4— partners in DWT's employment, antitrust, and litigation groups hosted a webinar Tuesday to offer key analysis of the rule and recommend steps to take, whether the rule survives significant legal challenges or not. The three speakers—Brad Fisher, Jeremy Merkelson and Gerald Stein—also addressed the many questions clients have already asked since the groundbreaking rule was announced.
