Today’s youngest generations are digital natives – they have never lived without the internet. In this session, our panelists will break down the ways children today participate online, focusing on the areas where application of the 1998 Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act is a particular challenge, such as new platforms and technologies, and will explore how industry self-regulation can help.
