Katrina is the Co-Chair of Winston & Strawn’s Direct Sales practice. She has an extensive track record in successfully defending direct-selling organizations in class action and other litigation matters. She is also often called in to handle Federal Trade Commission and other regulatory investigations. And she has advised dozens of her clients on compliance issues, including means of limiting company exposure through modifications to their distributor-facing agreements and field monitoring/enforcement practices.
