Candace is a collaborative, business-oriented attorney with big law and in-house experience advising consumer packaged goods business teams on commercial, marketing, regulatory, intellectual property, litigation and other disputes, advertising, operational, contract, and transactional (M&A) legal issues. She has in-depth experience supporting how global, US and Canada operations innovate, manufacture and advertise brands like Colgate, Palmolive, hello, Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Oreo, Triscuit and Chips Ahoy! Before joining Colgate-Palmolive Company and her prior role with Mondelez International (fka Kraft Foods), she was a Litigation Associate with Proskauer Rose LLP in New York City where she worked on complex commercial litigations and provided legal counseling, including advertising legal matters. Candace holds a BA in Biology and English from Oberlin College and received her JD from Brooklyn Law School.
