The National Advertising Division (NAD) annual conference, NAD 2023, brought together advertising and legal professionals, academic and industry experts, government officials, and businesses of all sizes to examine and explore the complications of navigating the dynamic advertising landscape, best practices and trends, and perspective on what’s coming next.  


The NAD 2023 conference focused on what’s new and what’s next in ad law. The conference offered networking and informative, lively discussions on legal trends, parsed recent developments in advertising law and FTC priorities, and discussions on best practices with leaders and experts in advertising law from across the United States. 


The 2023 agenda included sessions addressing the hottest and most pressing topics in advertising law, including reviewing last year's NAD cases, and as always, practical advice on the day-to-day issues that the increasingly competitive marketplace raises.
