Dawn Phillips is Deputy General Counsel for Reynolds Consumer Products, owner of the iconic Hefty® and Reynolds® household brands. Dawn has global responsibility for intellectual property, commercial matters (including marketing and advertising), legal compliance and strategic transactions involving all four of Reynolds’ business units. Dawn brings over 20 years legal experience from law firm and in-house practice to her job. Dawn has held high level legal positions in strong consumer-facing brand companies, including at MillerCoors (now, Molson Coors Beverage Co.) prior to joining Reynolds. She is also experienced with high tech companies, having held senior legal roles at Motorola Solutions and Zebra Technologies. Dawn earned her J.D. from University of Michigan Law School and lives in the Chicago area with her husband, 2 sons and goldendoodle.
