Melissa is a seasoned marketing practitioner with over 10 years of experience across the media ecosystem, working on complex accounts across various categories including Telecommunications, Beauty, CPG, QSR, Automotive and Financial Services. As an early adopter of data- driven programmatic and technology, she is driven by relentless curiosity and passion for problem solving, in figuring out new ways to bring the power of intelligent media decisioning to traditional channels to unlock new pathways of growth. Melissa has held roles across multiple types of discipline functions including Strategy, Activation, Experience Management, and most recently Marketing Technology. She leads Hearts & Science’s Personalization practice – merging media, data, and creative to deliver tailored connected consumer experiences in an omnichannel fashion. She leverages the fusion of big picture thinking with deep technical expertise to find innovative solutions to drive digital transformation.
