Jennifer Santos is a Program Development Manager at BBB National Programs 501(C)(3) Charitable Foundation, the Center for Industry Self-Regulation (CISR). In this role, she is leading the development of the Institute for Responsible Influence, an initiative dedicated to advancing best practices and accountability in influencer marketing.

Jennifer joined BBB National Programs in 2021 as a staff attorney with the National Advertising Division (NAD), where she resolved disputes over the truthfulness and accuracy of national advertising campaigns and authored detailed decisions that continue to provide critical guidance to the advertising industry.

Before her time at BBB National Programs, Jennifer served as Vice President of Advertising Standards at NBC Universal, where she oversaw the review of advertising across the broadcast network, NBC Universal cable networks, and NBC custom-created content to ensure truthfulness and compliance with federal and state law as well as NBC guidelines. She has also taught Business Law as an adjunct professor at Molloy University and practiced law in the areas of trademark and commercial litigation.

Jennifer earned her B.A. from Villanova University and her J.D. from St. John’s School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York.
