Mike is the Special Adviser to the NSPCC’s multi-industry Child Safety Online Taskforce focusing on industry change, child advocacy and unlocking resources to help keep children safe online. The NSPCC is the UK’s leading charity focused on preventing child abuse and neglect. Mike is a senior leader with 25 years’ experience in UK and international charities, focused on transformation, growth and impact in diverse contexts including income, societal impact and sector innovation. Prior to the NSPCC, Mike has worked across global development, microfinance, older people’s services, health and education. He is a Trustee of Prostate Cancer UK and an alumnus of Windsor Leadership, Newcastle University, the Open University and the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.
