Dan counsels in connection with all facets of Bayer’s consumer health business, including new product and claim development, Rx to OTC switches, digital and social media program design and execution, advertising and marketing, trade and promotion, commercial operations, and transactions (including M&A), and also handles advertising disputes at the NAD and in court. Dan is responsible for Bayer’s allergy business (e.g. Claritin® and Astepro®), and is the chief counsel of Bayer’s affiliate, NoHo Health, Inc. (d/b/a Care/of), which sells supplements via a direct-to-consumer, online subscription model. Dan received his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
